About Me

Ben has been passionate about fitness since his high school days in the weight room, where he first discovered a love for training. Just before starting the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Niagara College, he found CrossFit — a sport that quickly became his career focus. Over the past 7+ years, Ben has coached hundreds of athletes, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors.

He is a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and a Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. With a background in both sport performance and functional fitness, Ben specializes in strength training, Olympic lifting, and building sustainable fitness habits. His coaching style blends technical expertise with an encouraging and approachable personality, helping clients gain confidence and consistency in their fitness journey.

Whether your goal is to improve performance, master proper lifting technique, or simply feel stronger and healthier in everyday life, Ben is committed to guiding you every step of the way.

Outside of training and coaching, you can usually find him competing in Spartan Races, gardening, or singing in choir.
